They knew the area intimately and gave me the best advice about how much/what to upgrade, pricing, etc. I got two offers within 24 hours of listing, at the price they had predicted! They know their stuff. But what really impressed me was how far above and beyond they went for me. I live across the country in a different time zone and had had a renter in the condo. When he moved out they coordinated all the work that I had done and even showed up there on a Sunday morning when my downstairs neighbor called to tell me that a pipe in my laundry room was leaking into her unit!
